The Turkey Carving Board

The ultimate carving board design in our largest size.  It’s a full 2 inches thick. A handsome combination of maple, cherry, and walnut.  This is a sturdy board that with proper treatment that will probably last you a lifetime.  This board is 15" x 22" x 2".

This reversible carving board features a pyramid field big enough for a 20+ pound Turkey or two smaller birds with a juice groove on one side and a just a juice groove on the other.  The pyramid field holds your bird in place while carving.  The other side is the carving board for meats.  Both sides have juice grooves. You get two boards in one!  Handholds are also included.

Remember to let your meat rest for 15 to 20 minutes after you take it off the grill or out of the oven so that it will retain its juices.  You want your juices in the meat, not on the carving board.

Wood is a natural product and no two pieces are exactly the same.  Grain, coloring and even the dimensions will vary slightly from board to board and from the examples depicted on this page.  Also, most woods will darken or change color slightly, particularly with exposure to sunlight.  You will find that the character of the wood will deepen and grow more luxurious over time.
