The Cheese Cutter

"The Cheese Cutter” is the most convenient way to present and serve soft and semi-soft cheeses. This cheese board features a chrome lever cutter with a high strength, stainless steel cutting wire.  The wire, while effective at cutting soft and semi-soft cheeses, is not as sharp and is safer to use than a knife.  It also delivers neat, uniform slices--perfect for making party trays.

"The Cheese Cutter” is about 6" wide and 9" long.  If you need something larger consider out 12" long version, "The Big Cheese". An additional cutting wire is provided as well as a 2oz bottle of Howard Butcher Block Conditioner to keep your cheese cutting board in top condition.

PLEASE NOTE: The actual woods used on each board will vary and the board that you receive will likely contain different woods, in different widths and in a different order than in the photos of the boards depicted here,  It will, however, be beautiful.

Wood is a natural product and no two pieces are exactly the same.  Grain, design makeup and wood coloring will vary slightly from board to board and from the examples depicted on this page.  Also, most woods will darken or change color slightly over time, particularly with exposure to sunlight.  This is. a natural evolution and you will find that the character of the wood deepens and grows more luxurious.
